The intoxicating aroma of Carne Asada wafts under the door. In the kitchen homemade salsa is being spooned into dishes. Chips are warming in the oven. A pile of avocados is turning into guacamole. Too many wedding menus are reduced to boring steak and dry chicken. We’re a venue, not a restaurant – and we know it.Get your favorite restaurant to cater. Be your own caterer with your dozen doting Aunts fussing over family recipes.
Our spacious commercial kitchen is spartanly equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, convection oven, 3-bay sink, and prep tables. It’s a robust staging area for prepared food waiting to be served. It is not, however, well-equipped for cooking from scratch.
Unload directly into the kitchen through a back door with dedicated parking.
The buffet line is just 3 steps from the kitchen for easy access without disrupting guests.
We offer a list of recommended caterers, but you’re not limited to picking from the list.
We believe your celebration should have your favorite food.
Of course! How you do food is up to you. If you’d prefer to have a local restaurant just drop off a large order of food (rather than having a full catered experience) and serve it yourself, that’s totally fine with us.
You’re also welcome to bring in your own food (or pot-luck your event) without having any professional involved. Remember, if you have drop-off food or self cater you are responsible to clean up the kitchen.
We have a full bank of lights over our buffet area, wedding party area AND a specific overhead spotlight in the corner where we typically place the cake table for wedding receptions. That way we can dim the lights in the rest of the venue and still get great, well-lit views and photos of you and your cake!
Not really. We’re set up to have food brought in and kept cold or warm / prepped, but we don’t have a full kitchen set up or expect people to start from scratch in our space. We have a convection oven for keeping foods warm, fridge and freezer to keep stuff cool, and long stainless steel prep tables.
We don’t have a stove, grill, fryer, dishwasher, or other equipment for actual food creation.
You can park a smoker or food truck outside the kitchen door for BBQ or other creations.
